Job Description

Are you organised with a history of administration positions? Due to retirement we require an administrative assistant to join our office team.

Duties include but are not limited to



The administration assistant will be required to assist with till reconciliation on our Epos system including counting and balancing daily till floats.

General office duties including assisting with entering information into Xero accounting software and our Epos system.

Collecting and entering information as required into spreadsheets, Xero and our Epos system.

Answering phone calls and directing enquiries.

Experience



Candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft including Outlook, Word and most importantly Excel. The ideal candidate would have previous experience of Xero, Epos stock systems and cash handling.

Availability



We are seeking a part time person to work in our office team 3-4 days each week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30 a.m.- 2.30 p.m. although extra days may be required during busy periods or holiday cover.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
