Obair Associates has an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team. Part of Proclaim Group, we are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have been injured and/or are absent from work.


This is an office-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work from our office in Hamilton, Glasgow. Candidates must therefore be willing and able to commute to Hamilton.

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to improve the lives of our service users, helping them to recover from life changes injuries and health conditions by providing administrative and operational support to the business.


The role includes:


Making and answering telephone calls to customers and service users. Preparing and issuing appointment confirmation letters/emails and recording appointment details on the relevant systems. Compiling referral document packs using the relevant systems ensuring these are issued to the appropriate practitioner. Saving relevant documentation on our in-house systems and maintaining accurate service user records. Supporting the Scheduler to issue reports to customers in a timely manner and to follow-up and save consent forms on files. Supporting the arrangement of appointments with service users. Managing a shared inbox to complete tasks.

Person Specification:




This position would ideally suit an individual who has some administrative experience; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
