The Role - Business Support Administrator
Location - East Kilbride/Glasgow City Centre
Hours - Mon-Fri
Salary - \xc2\xa322k + bonus + enhanced benefits

Due to a recent internal promotion, our client now has a requirement for a Business Support Administrator. Office Angels have helped support this client with their recruitment needs across central Scotland and we can confirm this is a very exciting sector to get involved with!

The role is currently based in East Kilbride but due to our client\'s current rental agreement coming to an end the role might move to Glasgow in early 2024. We are keen to speak with candidates who would be happy to work in both East Kilbride and Glasgow City Centre.

Hours of work are 9.00-17.00 or 8.30-16.30 and you would work from home on a Friday. After you passing probation you would be eligible to apply for additional home working days.

The role will oversee project administration/compliance which will include -
  • Running the project administration including raising invoices
  • Inputting timesheets for some site-specific teams
  • Generating monthly finance reports
  • Raising PO\'s
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Setting up project data on the system
  • Ensuring health checks are carried out in line with project requirements.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new employees
  • Arranging car hire
  • Ensuring office compliance re HSE & DSE
  • Tracking site health and safety data - for PPE
  • Arranging meetings
  • Carrying out office risk assessments
  • Meeting and greeting guests to the office
The ideal candidate -
  • Previous business support experience
  • Confident user of MS office suite
  • Experience of using SAP (desirable)
  • Will be enthusiastic about compliance and data gathering
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Data management experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Analytical thinker
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated environment (desirable)
