Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining and updating internal databases, records, and care-related documentation
Supporting HR processes, including staff onboarding, training records, and compliance documentation
Managing ledger sales, invoicing, and financial administration
Providing administrative support for buildings, facilities, and maintenance tasks
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, correspondence, and data entry
Ensuring all administrative processes are aligned with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has administrative experience (experience in social care or education settings is an advantage but not essential)
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Can prioritise a varied workload and work independently
Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and basic database/accounting systems
Communicates professionally, maintains confidentiality, and understands the importance of safeguarding
Is reliable, proactive, and willing to support a busy and caring team
