Job Description

RSK Group are looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to provide core operational support to our Legal & Company Secretarial Team in Helsby, Cheshire.
This is a part time role up to 24 hours per week, hours can be flexible from 3 to 5 days per week, ideally to include Tuesday and Thursday.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses specific experience in compliance and document management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices
  • 'Know your client' enquiries
  • Electronic filing, maintaining accurate files and databases, ensuring data cleansing
  • Docusign management
  • Email management
  • General administrative and operational tasks
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to work, with the ability to use own initiative
