About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated
Administration Assistant
to assist our Site Investigations Team at
Bradgate Surveying Ltd
on a
6-month fixed term contract
.
You'll play a key role in supporting our engineers by:
Preparing and completing detailed
Site Investigation reports
Producing
detailed site drawings,
recording
foundation
and
borehole logs
Using the
ViewLine system
to complete
drainage reports
, identifying defects or issues in drain networks
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure accurate information flow
Carrying out other general administrative duties as required to support operations
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll contribute directly to the successful delivery of our field projects.

What We're Looking For
Experience in an administrative or technical support role (preferably construction, surveying, or engineering)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
