About the role:
We are looking for a motivated
Legal Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator)
to join our dynamic
Litigation
team
in
Cambridge
. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working within a reputable and growing firm. In this role, you will work closely with our legal teams and other professional staff to deliver excellent client care and administrative support.
What this role would include:
To provide proactive and high-quality administrative support to the Litigation team.
Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring a client focused service for both clients and legal advisers
Review, amend and format letters and documents produced by the Document Production team.
Prepare and compile confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of legal advisers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Support additional functions such as scanning, filing and document management for the Litigation team.
