Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Support with data entry, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
About You:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Proclaim.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
