Overview



We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Risk Management Partners Team in our London Office on Lombard Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the servicing of accounts throughout the renewals lifecycle process. This includes renewal administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, processing adjustments, and preparing client reports and other documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry and demonstrate a strong understanding of excellent customer service and market awareness.



How you'll make an impact

Support to the Team:

+ Raise Mid-Term Adjustments (MTA's) and send debits. + Issue policy documents and provide claims data to underwriters.
+ Offer general day-to-day support to the team.
+ Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer details into the system.
+ Assist with the renewal process, including preparation of submissions and information gathering.
+ Prepare documentation for renewals and mid-term adjustments in collaboration with Account Handlers/Executives and independently.
+ Record Management Information (MI).

Policy Issuance:

+ Maintain MI regarding policy issuance.

Renewal Questionnaire:

+ Create bespoke Renewal Questionnaires.

Claims:

+ Prepare claims experience documentation.




About You



Holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification such as Dip CII/FIT is desirable. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. Knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, including underlying legal principles and practices related to risk, is desirable. Experience working to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Risk awareness in handling customer information. Proven experience in building rapport with clients. Strong customer service focus. Ability to identify potential risks/issues and seek advice when necessary. Due diligence and process-driven with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning and analytical skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Initiative in assisting team members. Proficiency in MS Office. Eligibility to work in the UK.
