We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members, coordinating meetings effectively.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to maintain an organised office environment.
Support financial processes by assisting with QuickBooks data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
Drivers licence, the use of a car and the ability to speak Welsh are desirable.
