The main focus of this role is to cover reception duties. The successful candidate will play a vital front-of-house role in ensuring a welcoming, professional and efficient environment for all students, parents, staff and visitors. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and ensuring delivery of administrative and reception service.

Other duties to be carried out by our appointed candidate include answering internal and external calls, processing messages via voicemail, written communication, email and setting up rooms for meetings, dealing with first aid requests, amongst many other things. Therefore, candidates need to be well organised and hardworking as this is a busy role!

This is a full-time, term time only role. The working hours will be 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday. Previous experience in a school office would be an advantage, however not essential.
