Due to continued growth within the business, we have a full-time position for an Administration Assistant to join our busy office in Newport. With the opportunity for future progression within the business.
Primarily, you will assist with the day-to-day administration, including dealing with inbound/outbound calls, data entry and processing documentation accurately.
Duties
Chase clients when needed to ensure smooth business delivery.
Accurately process business documentation.
Assisting with drafting basic Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Notice of Severance, and bespoke letters of wishes.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise data tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in maintaining office organisation and filing systems.
Handle clerical duties such as typing, copying, and scanning documents.
Support the team with administrative projects as needed.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Maintain an organised and tidy office environment.
