Pontypool based accountancy firm, looking for a part-time admin assistant to join its small team.
Although no formal reception area, your role will include general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and general upkeep of the office etc.
General admin duties include office filing, maintaining internal office procedures, postage etc, scanning and maintaining digital records.
This role also includes acting in a Personal Assistant style capacity to the accountants, for example typing letters, sorting information received from clients, teas/coffees etc
The candidate will be expected to perform basic data entry duties to assist the accountants, training will be provided but good IT skills will be essential for this - in particular Excel and Word
No qualifications needed but previous office-based experience essential.

Excellent telephone and email manner - professional communication skills.
Very fastidious in their work
Able to manage their own workload
Organisational skills
Good computer knowledge required, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Dropbox, must be able to use excel spreadsheets, be able to format on Word, and manage diaries on Outlook. Will also be trained on in-house software packages.
Smart and professional appearance and manner essential
Hours as follows:
Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 - 4:00 with half hour break - 16.5 hours per week.
