Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations within the organisation. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills to effectively manage tasks and interact with clients and colleagues.

Duties



Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and maintaining files. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date. Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage, including invoicing and expense tracking. Maintain membership database, update and add new members as necessary Deal with all enquiries relating to both golf and function bookings processing data, chasing payments, coordinating with both events and catering team as required. Organise club diary, maintain and process and assist the various Captain's with their matches. Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing clerical assistance as needed. Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

Qualifications



Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with Sage and ClubV1 is preferred but not essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
