We're a growing property group operating across lettings, block management, HMO properties, and other affiliated companies. We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & sales Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks, data entry, and communication duties that are essential to the functioning of our organisation and drive business growth across multiple departments
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organised filing systems for easy access to documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Create and maintain social media accounts
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members
Handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks including chasing payment
Support various clerical functions as needed to facilitate office workflows
Provide administrative support across lettings, block management, HMO operations, and other group companies when required
Manage client communications, including enquiries, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and internal records.
Assist with property marketing, window displays and promotional campaigns.
Support sales activities by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships, including cold calling
Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy across departments.
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administration, sales, or property services (preferred).
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
Knowledge of housing regulations is a plus but not essential.
driving licence preferred but not essential
