We are seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team in Bilston, WV14 0RG. This role is crucial for supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks that contribute to our commitment to excellence in courier services.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
Organize and maintain office documents and files.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
Support financial processes using QuickBooks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations.
Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with a focus on administrative roles.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
