The Role:
We are looking for a Administration Co-ordinator to join and support our busy Rural & Property Development team on a part time working basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting fee earners by performing a variety of administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, answering phones, and communicating with fee earners and clients.
In this role, day to day you can expect to:
Audio digital dictation and administration support for the team
Transcribe and proofread letters, emails and correspondence
Deal with administrative tasks as required to include scanning, printing, paginating, and photocopying
Entering new properties and applicants using a CRM system (Alto) - full training provided
Updating and checking listings on property portal websites such as Rightmove
Maintaining the filing system including creating new files and maintain filing database electronically
Producing and uploading valuations to internet portals
Collecting and maintaining records of valuations undertaken across the company for submission to various lenders and for use in PI Insurance figures
Management of team diaries and co-ordinating meetings
Maintaining and updating contact details
Providing general administrative support for the team with business development events and activities

Your Skills & Qualifications:
OCR or equivalent in typing or word processing
Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (including Access)
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent written English skills including spelling and grammar
Motivated and enthusiastic
Sense of humour
Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
Accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
Team player with the ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
"Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiative
