Position

Administration Executive- specialising in SQL coding

Hours: 37.5

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Salary: \xc2\xa324 -30,000 pa dependant on experience

Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich

We are expanding our Administration Team and are looking for a hardworking and motivated Administration Executive to join the department. This is a brand new position which gives the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to make the role their own. You\'ll be working within the Alarm Response Centre (ARC) and contributing to maintaining a high level of service for our customers. The ARC is at the heart of Careline365.

The ARC Administration team is responsible for processing new customer forms, amending contact details or gathering customer feedback. These tasks have a direct impact on the ARC arranging help for the clients; for example, sending ambulances to correct addresses and informing the emergency services of relevant medical information to promote accurate triaging.

As an Administration Executive, you will be checking in regularly with your Administration Team Leader and working together to complete a number of administration tasks. The tasks will include using SQL certification to run and manage reports, such as for adherence, equipment status and key KPIs for our partnerships. These reports will then be presented to different stakeholders, both internally and externally. In addition to reports, you\'ll contribute to the smooth flowing of the Administration team, helping others to manage their workload and assisting where required. As part of this, we\'ll support the successful candidate in gaining a thorough understanding of the business, using skills to implement new and exciting workstreams. You\'ll be working collaboratively within the team to improve productivity and reduce audit error rate by conducting quality checks for the team and providing feedback to the Administration Assistants, ultimately benefitting the service and our customers.

This role will likely adapt as the needs of the ARC Administration team and wider company evolve. We have a fast growing client base; with more clients, the more opportunity for reporting, auditing and administration. We\'re looking for somebody who thrives on change and can use their initiative to better the department.

Experience

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of one year\'s experience with SQL coding

\xc2\xb7 Use of SQL coding to build and adapt reports

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Administration

\xc2\xb7 Presenting reports and data trends to stakeholders

Qualifications & Training

Essential

\xc2\xb7 5 C-A*/Grade 4-9 GCSEs

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 SQL certification - intermediate as minimum

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Excel Certifications

\xc2\xb7 3 A-Levels C-A*/Grade 4-9 or equivalent

Skills

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Fantastic written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Calm and clear speaking voice

\xc2\xb7 High attention to detail to ensure that work is completed accurately

\xc2\xb7 A good working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft applications. Including a basic understanding of using formulas

\xc2\xb7 PC literacy

\xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding of Excel with the use formulas and power queries
