Coordinating and supervising the administration team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and high standards of service.
Supporting HR, finance, and office management processes, including liaison with external bodies.
Upholding the highest levels of confidentiality and professional standards while working proactively on your own initiative.
What we're looking for:
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior leaders, Boards, or SMTs.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and deliver under pressure.
Experience coordinating or supervising staff, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a supportive team culture.
High level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, databases, diary management).
