Required Start Date: 1st September 2025
Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks term time only
Hours: 28 hours per week to be worked from 8.30 - 2 pm, Monday - Friday and one morning start of 8 am. This is a part time, permanent role, with the possibility of becoming 37 hours per week in due course as the school's needs evolve. Please note all annual leave must be taken during school holidays.

We are looking for someone who will be central to our busy business team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and supporting our mission to provide the very best for our children. This is a part time, permanent role, with the possibility of becoming full time in due course as the school's needs evolve.
School administration experience is highly desirable with experience in Arbor, Tucasi and Oracle Fusion, however, candidates with the right experience, skills and qualities for the role are very welcome. We require all applicants to have English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5, as well as English and Maths GCSE Grade 5 or above. Key responsibilities:
Leading on including admissions, attendance and pupil data
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and GDPR requirements
Coordinating internal and external school communications, including newsletters, website updates, and social media
Acting as a key point of contact for parents and visitors
Welfare and first aid
