About the Role



As our Administration Officer, you'll be the friendly face welcoming new fundraisers and the logistical backbone ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. From onboarding and CRM updates to stock management and logistics, this varied role blends desk-based admin with hands-on tasks.

You'll work closely with our Admin and Recruitment Manager and be based at our office in Blackthorn, Bicester. While our team works in a flexible hybrid way, this role requires five days per week in the office for operational purposes, including stock handling, equipment distribution, and in-person support at training days. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

You'll earn 16,763.25 per year for 25 hours per week -- equivalent to a full-time salary of 25,145.

Your Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for new fundraisers joining our field team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience Regularly handle and manage physical equipment and materials--such as gazebos, fold-out tables, and display boards--stored at our office, as part of your daily duties Oversee stock levels and logistics, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing fundraising materials Carry out onboarding tasks such as collecting references, verifying documents, and updating our CRM system (Salesforce) Keep accurate records in Salesforce, including tracking issued equipment and ensuring profiles are up to date for payroll purposes

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and confident using databases (Salesforce experience a plus) Comfortable with manual handling and basic maintenance of equipment like gazebos and display boards Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A great communicator with a friendly, professional approach

Essential



Based within reasonable commuting distance of Meadow Farm Office, with the ability to attend the office five days per week for operational needs Experience of work in an office environment with knowledge of general office/administration processes Familiarity with and proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook Salesforce or similar database experience Comfortable working alone in the office on occasion Excellent written and spoken English Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team. Physically capable and confident in handling equipment such as gazebos, display boards, banners, and promotional materials Demonstrated practical skills, including basic maintenance of office and event equipment (e.g., cleaning, minor repairs, safe storage and transport) Willingness to undertake manual tasks and occasional lifting or setup of equipment, with attention to health and safety procedures

HR / Recruitment administration experience Canva or similar design platform experience A passion for UK wildlife and conservation

About Us



Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Ltd is a not-for-profit company owned by a partnership of Wildlife Trusts. We recruit members face-to-face at venues and events across the Midlands and South East, helping fund vital conservation work to protect species like hedgehogs, barn owls, and water voles.
