To support the aim of providing customer service excellence and play a significant part in the operation of our Downtown Boston store, we are seeking a supervisor to oversee our Customer Accounts Office team working four days a week.
The role will focus on supervision of fellow team members in assisting a multitude of customers in a busy and varied environment, facilitating customer orders, processing customer account and purchase transactions, operating the switchboard and any other clerical duties, to ensure smooth running of the team. Reporting into the Customer Experience Manager, you will be expected to line manage effectively and be responsible for creating rotas.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised and confident at communicating with a wide range of people.
Hours are 29 per week usually worked within store opening times. Flexibility is key, and you should be available to work an occasional differing pattern if required.
