This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week on a 4-week rota and will include 2 in 4 weekends during which you will participate in an on-call duty management rota.

Jubilee House in Eamont Bridge, near Penrith is the perfect setting for our service uses and guests of the Fire Fighters Charity to recover.
We're now looking for an Administration Team Leader to join us at our centre, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administration professional with great team management skills to take on an important role within our organisation and oversee our administrative activities.

The Role
As an Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care is provided to service users and visitors through the effective management of the reception and administration function. It is important that all service users, visitors and staff are greeted in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and issues that arise in the administration function are addressed and resolved promptly.
Responsible for line managing the Administration Team, you will oversee workflows and ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, customer-focused and reflect our organisational approach.
You will play a key role in the bed management within the centre and, as part of the duty management rotas, support in the safe running of the centre and its activities.
About You
To be considered as an Administration Team Leader, you will need to have demonstrable experience in an administrative role along with previous experience in a customer service led environment. Experience in a supervisory role is essential, along with experience leading, motivating and managing others.
You will have experience using Customer Relationship Management systems, and experience using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telephone systems. It is essential you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint).
You will have excellent customer service skills and possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing at all levels. You will have a solution focused approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Emergency First Aid at Work including AED, Fire Warden and/or Pool Rescue qualifications would all be desirable for this role but by no means essential as training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services Check.
