We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various clerical duties, customer service interactions, and office management tasks. Must be computer literate.
Responsibilities
Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records
Assist with office admin duties
Utilize Microsoft Office by creating documents and spreadsheets
Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with admin tasks as needed
Support administrative functions such as mail distribution, scanning, and photocopying
Collaborate with team members on various projects while demonstrating strong organizational skills
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing multiple responsibilities
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is desirable
