Administrative Assistant
to support our growing team.
Role Overview:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You'll handle clerical tasks, liaise with clients and suppliers, and support our sales and production teams
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing calls and emails
Processing customer orders and invoices
Maintaining records of stock, deliveries, and suppliers
Assisting with scheduling deliveries and transport logistics
Supporting the sales team with data entry and customer communication
Preparing basic reports (sales, inventory, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous admin experience (preferably in wholesale or food industry)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic accounting/invoicing software
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of meat cuts or butchery (preferred but not essential.)
