We are seeking a full-time, professional, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will perform clerical and administrative tasks as well as assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate has experience in Administration and is able to work independently.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary. Maintain office supply room logbook. Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as preparing reports, making copies, scanning documents, etc., as assigned by the Office Manager or Director of Operations.
Maintain office cleanliness (i.e., sanitizing work areas, wiping down counters, taking out trash etc.).
Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner and return all voicemails within a timely manner; direct calls when appropriate or schedule patient appointments when appropriate (excluding practice physicians' phones). Process all clients information for accuracy; ensure that all patient records are updated upon request; review patient information for accuracy prior to release (e.g., prior to releasing records). Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or Director of Operations (i.e., data entry).
Prepare correspondence for Clients ' follow-up calls/appointments; answer email requests from clients and respond to clients inquiries
