Duties
Ensuring a high standard of care and education.
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's growth and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the nursery environment.
Organise daily activities that support children's development across the EYFS and the nursery curriculum.
Maintain accurate records on the online platform accessible to parents.
Skills
Strong background in early childhood education or childcare settings.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journeys.
