Provide admin support to the General Manager and HSEQ Manager
Assist with internal event planning and communications (e.g. photo competition, team meetings)

Comfortable working independently in a remote office setting
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with all levels
Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Willing to learn new systems, processes, and tools
Able to travel on occasion to other locations (London and North East Lincolnshire)
Preferred Experience
Prior admin experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is ideal
Experience handling bookings, timesheets, or supplier accounts is an advantage
Familiarity with scanning, digital filing, and document management systems
