The Neve Jewels Group comprises three leading diamond jewellery brands with a strong presence both internationally and in the UK. We are one of the very few jewellers in the country that has its handmade workshop based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. This allows us to provide our clients with an unrivalled range of unique jewellery, bespoke designs by choosing from our wide range of loose diamonds, selection of rings, styles and jewellery to provide them with perfect gifts, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets and pendants. All our diamonds are certified and conflict-free.
Repairs and Assessment Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various internal and external teams to understand business reporting needs and deliver clear, accurate insights that drive day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including document handling, scheduling, internal communication, and managing departmental workflows.
Use advanced Excel functions--such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and macros/VBA--to create and maintain efficient, user-friendly reporting tools.
Review, troubleshoot, and improve existing spreadsheets and templates to ensure consistent accuracy and improve workflow efficiency.
Maintain high standards of data integrity while following internal reporting guidelines and adhering to data privacy regulations.
Support the business by preparing structured reports and summaries that are easy to interpret, even for non-technical team members.
Required Skills:
A highly organised, proactive individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including working with large data sets, building complex formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
Familiarity with Apple macOS and its native office tools (e.g., Pages, Numbers) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure all data and reporting are accurate and reliable.
Comfortable working independently, but also a strong team player who can communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for broader audiences.
