The Vacancy
Could you be the welcoming face of our vibrant school communities at Hibaldstow Academy and Scawby Academy? Our leadership and office team work across two friendly and inclusive primary schools located in North Lincolnshire near Brigg. We are seeking to appoint a professional and highly organised School Administrator to join our dedicated team.
As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our children, parents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a calm, confident, and personable individual who can operate the front of house reception desk at either site with professionalism and a smile.
The successful candidate will have:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
? Administrative or reception experience, preferably within a school or educational setting.
? A genuine warmth and empathy when dealing with both children and adults.
? Strong IT skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and emails systems.
? Experience using Arbor Management Information System is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
? The ability to multitask, prioritise workload at busy times of the day with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
? A high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
