Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Company: Digital Tailors Bristol SEO

Location: Hybrid - with regular travel to Bristol and Bath offices

Salary: 35,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Digital Tailors

At Digital Tailors, we don't just dabble in SEO - we live and breathe it. We're a growing SEO agency based in the heart of Bristol and Bath, helping businesses across the UK rise through the ranks of Google with honest, results-driven strategies. Our team is made up of experienced consultants (most with 10+ years under their belts), but we pride ourselves just as much on being down-to-earth, jargon-free, and genuinely easy to work with.

We're now on the lookout for an organised, reliable, and proactive

Administrative Assistant

to join our friendly team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. No SEO knowledge? No problem. We'll train you in the basics - all we need is someone who's switched-on, professional, and ready to make a difference.

About the Role

As our new

Administrative Assistant

, you'll be the operational glue that holds everything together - supporting the team with general admin, helping the directors manage day-to-day logistics, and ensuring the wheels keep turning smoothly across all departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety, takes pride in their organisation skills, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll be based part of the time from home, with regular (50% of the time) visiting to our Bristol and Bath offices. You'll also occasionally attend in-person team meetings, training sessions, and client events as needed.

This is a

full-time, permanent role

offering a salary of

35,000 per year

, with plenty of support and room to grow in a relaxed, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day admin support:

Including managing shared inboxes, handling client onboarding documents, processing invoices, and organising digital files.

Diary management:

Booking internal and external meetings, coordinating calendars, and helping keep our directors on track and on time.

Office coordination:

Supporting our two offices in Bristol and Bath - ordering supplies, liaising with building management, booking meeting rooms, and helping plan staff socials or training days.

HR and recruitment support:

Assisting with job postings, arranging interviews, collecting references, and keeping staff records up to date.

Client onboarding:

Sending out contracts, creating folders, preparing paperwork, and ensuring clients receive a slick and professional welcome.

Project admin:

Helping our SEO team stay on top of deadlines by tracking project timelines, chasing missing bits of info, and ensuring workflows are clearly documented.

Event and travel planning:

Booking trains, venues, or accommodation for company events, conferences, or client visits.

Internal communication:

Helping keep everyone in the loop - drafting team emails, updating internal dashboards, and preparing summary notes for meetings.

What We're Looking For

You don't need any SEO knowledge or agency experience to apply - we're much more interested in your attitude, your organisation skills, and your ability to get things done.

We're looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organised

- you'll be juggling a lot, so you'll need to be great at managing your time and priorities.

Proactive and resourceful

- able to spot what needs doing and jump in without waiting to be asked.

Reliable and discreet

- you'll be trusted with confidential information and relied upon to keep everything ticking over.

A clear communicator

- comfortable talking to team members, suppliers, and clients via email, phone, or in person.

Tech-savvy

- familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and ideally a project management tool like Trello or Asana (but we can train you).

Comfortable with hybrid work

- you'll need to work from home some days, but also be happy to travel regularly to our

Bristol

and

Bath

offices.

Detail-oriented

- from spotting a typo to knowing which folder a document should go in, the small things matter here.

Training and Development

You'll receive full training on our systems, processes, and industry - no SEO experience required. We'll walk you through how our agency works, what our clients need from us, and how your role fits into the bigger picture. You'll have access to ongoing support, the freedom to ask questions, and the chance to shape the role as you grow with us.

What You'll Get in Return

- with the flexibility to work from home part of the week

- work alongside friendly, experienced professionals who genuinely care
