We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and resourceful person to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and excellent standards of work. The applicant will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis and ensure that deadlines are met, and urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times. You will support the Head of Operations and the Senior Management Team, including administrative assistance on project work and CRM management. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Senior Management Team, including general clerical tasks and data entry.
Manage and update the CRM system, including contacting third parties to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Support the Senior Team with project-related work, including preparing materials and following up with external contacts.
Organise and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective coordination and time management.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Use Microsoft Office tools for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with colleagues.
Support basic marketing tasks, including Canva design and maintaining content on LinkedIn or other platforms.
Provide general office support and assist other departments with tasks as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role within the UK
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Canva experience desirable but not essential
Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) is desirable
Marketing skills or background would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
