We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a solid understanding of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft and outlook, GroupCal, Tradify, as well as excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage and organise files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
Assist with quotes, reports and invoicing using Tradify.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Coordinate orders for materials and products for specific jobs
Maintain calendar for installers and work with sales team to coordinate installation dates.
Manage expenses and filing.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within the construction industry is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Tradify is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours
Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
