We are currently recruiting an administrative assistant to be part of a staff team who will provide a comprehensive residential service to children and young people. The aim of the team you will be supporting will be to ensure the physical, social, and emotional needs of the children are met and to assist in their positive holistic development and resilience within a multi-disciplinary setting.


If you are interested in a career in business support and administration, this is an excellent and challenging opportunity for the right person to gain experience within Social Care support services, working in a busy and dynamic team providing direct support to the Bwthyn y Ddol Team.


The post holder will assist with day to day administration tasks and support the Business Co-Ordinator and the wider management team to contribute to the continued developments of the unit, seeking opportunities to enhance service delivery and process development.


You will need to have proven listening, recording, typing skills and a passion to making a difference. Due to the sensitive nature of the service areas, you'll also need to have a high degree of emotional resilience and integrity, be calm under pressure and pay close attention to detail.


This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
