Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Galw Gofal, a bilingual 24/7 call monitoring service that supports people to live independently and respond to out-of-hours emergencies.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the team with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, data input, and managing spreadsheets.
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Record and prioritise telecare referrals including amendments and terminations of service.
To input all information received accurately onto the call monitoring platform, carry out validation and maintain all work folders.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in both Welsh and English (Level 4 Welsh required).
Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work well in a team and manage your own workload.
Emotional resilience and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
Due to the nature of the work, the post is subject to a satisfactory disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. The successful applicant will also be subject to vetting in line with BS7858.
