We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant / Office Manager / Customer Service to support the Arborist Sales Representatives and the crews. The position is based at our office in Wormley, Surrey and also supports the New Forest Office. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of a client and recognises the significance of team support.

Responsibilities:
The key duties of the Administration Assistant / Office Manager / Customer Service are:

• Making outgoing calls to new and existing customers
• Liaising with customers at all levels
• Dealing with various financial procedures - taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
• Updating social media
• Office management duties

The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive and forward thinking. Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi task. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to work with our company's in house computer systems (full training given).
Hours: Office based - 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
