As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the firm. You'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from document management to reception cover, helping to ensure our office runs like clockwork.

Key responsibilities include:



Archiving:

Scanning and digitally filing legal documents and correspondence

Document Maintenance:

Assisting with the upkeep and organisation of internal documents

Building Support:

Providing ad hoc assistance with building maintenance tasks

Reception Cover:

Offering occasional front desk support, including greeting clients and handling calls

Post Handling:

Managing incoming and outgoing post, including franking and scanning

Room Bookings:

Coordinating external meeting room reservations

General Admin:

Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks as needed

Basic Office Duties:

Filing, photocopying, data entry, and other routine office support.
