The Role
Main purpose of job: To provide administrative, casework and Access to Work support to a neurodivergent education lawyer who runs a varied caseload of matters including special educational needs, disability discrimination, admissions, exclusions, disputes with schools and disputes with local authorities.
Casework support will involve co-working cases with your supervisor including drafting, analysis and research for which full training will be given.
Qualifications and Experience
Educated to degree level 2:1 or above (although lower contextual applications will be considered)
LPC or SQE (or working towards) beneficial but not essential
Personal or professional experience of SEND and/or working in the education sector beneficial but not essential
