The Opportunity:



As a result of our continuous success and expansion plans, we are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Risk Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our customer interactions, including monitoring calls, conducting file checks, and maintaining communication channels with our clients. A key element of the role will involve using advanced Excel skills to analyse data, track performance metrics, and support compliance reporting. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver constructive feedback, provide training, and implement changes to rules and procedures. Strong experience with Excel is essential, and formal Excel qualifications (e.g., Microsoft Excel Certification) would be a distinct advantage.

Prerequisites:



? Customer Service experience essential.

? Clean credit history with any past issues having been resolved.

? Complete employment history for the last 12 months.

? Successful applicants will undergo a DBS/CRB check before the start of employment.
