Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include submitting data to enable invoicing, assisting in the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, and managing residents' personal allowances. You will need to have two years of clerical experience, the ability to communicate effectively, and the skills to prioritize your own workload.
