Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support our Case Management Teams and the wider business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal and administrative sector, with hands-on exposure to client services and casework support.

Key Responsibilities



Provide professional and responsive communication with clients, addressing enquiries and updates.

Support estate planning casework, ensuring processes run smoothly and records are accurately maintained.

Handle administrative tasks including file management, scheduling, and document organisation.

Draft correspondence and basic legal paperwork as required.

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members where required.

Help maintain an organised, professional, and welcoming office environment.

Skills & Attributes



Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Capable of working independently, using initiative to solve problems.

Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is advantageous.

A keen interest in legal administration and delivering excellent client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 24,570.00 per year
