We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Ophthalmology Team within the Planned Care Group.
As an Admin Assistant for Ophthalmology team you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to a specific area of the Intravitreal Service.

The post holder will provide a range of administrative duties, which will include undertaking typing duties, using word processing i.e. letters and general typing, to include filing of clinical and non clinical correspondence.
On occasions the post holder will welcome staff to the department, which may include guiding them to the appropriate room and answering general questions. Duties will also include scanning, photocopying and ordering office supplies.
The post holder will provide administrative support in respect of keeping databases up to date and providing information for reporting purposes as required. The post holder will adhere to the Health Board Guidelines and undertake any other duties as appropriate to the nature and grade of the post.
