Job Description



We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Business Support Team in our city centre office. The role is very customer service focused, duties will include document production, scanning, photocopying, archiving, answering and directing phone calls through the busy main telephone switchboard and other general administrative duties. This role requires a candidate who is both professional and confident using the telephone and face to face as they will be speaking directly to our clients.

The successful candidate will also need to be a quick learner and accurate worker, able to follow instructions carefully while dealing with a high volume of work. They will be a team player with a flexible, 'can-do' attitude, capable once trained of using their own initiative and working pro-actively to meet the needs of the business.

Experience within an office environment is essential as we would ideally want the applicant to hit the ground running.

Key Tasks



Inputting data to open new instructions on Case Management system and producing initial paperwork Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department accurately and professionally. File archiving and other administration duties. Updating the Case Management System in accordance with team procedures. Liaising with colleagues, clients and other parties. General administration duties for the firm. Dealing with incoming post where appropriate. Post room duties.

Our city centre office address is: Duke House, 54 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 2EE. May be required to work from any of our other branches across Yorkshire from time to time
