Forest Lodge Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a highly organised and professional
Administrator
to join our busy school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, supporting staff, pupils, and parents.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries
Providing high-quality administrative support to staff and leadership
Maintaining accurate records and data systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable)
Assisting with correspondence, reports, and communications
Supporting the wider team with tasks such as admissions, attendance, and safeguarding administration
We are looking for someone who:
Is approachable, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new software
Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Works well both independently and as part of a team

Term-time - 38 weeks + 1 (39 weeks) Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 12.30 pm
Additional week to be worked to include 3 x Teacher Training Days with remaining hours to be worked throughout the school years to support the busiest times.
