To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the senior partners as required. You will also be expected to act as part of the administration team and as such your job will involve you supporting other members of the team from time to time as well as working on your own initiative.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Using a case management system (Visual Files) - training provided
Using tracing software - training provided
Data processing accurate information
Quality checking of work
Photocopying and printing various documents
Maintain daily time sheets for the Sheriff Officers workloads
Answering telephone calls
Attend in house meetings
Mail duties
Managing Microsoft Outlook emails and inbox's
Assist and support new starts including job shadowing
Continued training and mentoring for job understanding
Complete any duties given by senior staff
