The Role

To provide efficient, accurate and flexible administrative support to all members of the Marketing and ESG Team. Take ownership of a number of administrative activities, provide essential and proactive support, and embed best practice within the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

What you will be doing

Organise, attend, and minute various internal meetings, ensuring clear action points are recorded and distributed. Assist with the organisation of team meetings and social events, including scheduling, venue booking (if applicable), and logistics. Reconcile the team credit card, processing invoices and card receipts for approved charges in a timely manner. Pull data from various platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Vuture, Hootsuite and Excel, and accurately input it into the overarching marketing report. Review and update process documents, setting team members up on tools and platforms, and updating induction and onboarding packs on Adobe Express. Monitor the Marketing and Enquiries email inboxes on Outlook, efficiently distributing emails to relevant team members and ensuring timely responses. Using provided approved templates and guidelines, create basic content for the firm's social channels, email communications, and website. Update the Firm's webpages using provided approved copy and following established procedures. Assist and provide logistical support on client events, including setup, registration, and material preparation. Work collaboratively with marketing team members and contribute to the delivery of marketing communications campaigns and activity as requested, providing administrative and coordination support. Assist with proofreading and checking of marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. Support with the organisation of Firm volunteering activities. Internal communications and MS Teams channel support.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 120 UCAS Tariff points from your top 3 A-levels, or equivalent (300 using the old tariff) A minimum of Level 6 (B grade using the old system) in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate good timekeeping and attendance. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Ability to liaise effectively with individuals across different levels. Basic Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
