Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Perform weekly data analysis to monitor customer trends, viewership fluctuations, and traffic sources

Optimise target customer segments and track funnel conversion performance

Manage content planning and engagement across all social media platforms and email marketing channels

Ensure timely submission and publication of all content, reports, and deliverables

Maintain process tracking systems and support structured, efficient workflows

Develop contingency plans to prevent disruptions in daily operations

Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve marketing, services, and conversion outcomes

Identify and address issues affecting customer engagement and purchase decisions

Facilitate team communication, assign tasks, and support leadership in resolving operational challenges

Align team efforts with business goals and customer expectations through effective coordination

Deliver professional, responsive customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent, thoughtful engagement

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and operations

Support public relations efforts and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
