We're hiring a brilliant Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Marylebone, London.
Must have:
First-Class or 2:1 degree from a recognised university
Straight As at A-levels
Excellent organisational & leadership skills
Strong Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
Ability to manage and support a small team
Key responsibilities:
Ovrsee office operations & support senior management
Manage spreadsheets, reports, calendars, and client comms
Lead and coordinate a small team effectively
Support travel & logistics when required
Ensure smooth workflows and maintain high standards
You'll work in our Marylebone office (no remote), with occasional travel abroad to support clients in locations such as the US, Europe, and Asia.
Salary: 25,000-50,000/year
