We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

What will you do?



As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be:



Provide administrative support across departments, including e-commerce and marketing. Assist in handling invoices by following the company procedures and updating expense reports Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Support with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Skills and Experience:



At least one year of administrative assistant experience Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills
