Job description:
Hybrid role: 2 days per week working from home, 3 days per week working in our London Office, Old Street Full-time, working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday Temporary role: There is the potential for this role to be extended and potential for the role to become permanent over time, depending on performance and business requirement. The role: - Work on both Swiss and UK customers from our London office - Build and maintain our account structures for our customers - Maintain a high level of data quality across our platform and Salesforce - Manually migrate job templates and other information from one company structure to another - Work to deadlines and meet expectations Candidate profile: - Previous Administrative or Service experience in a technology-led business - Friendly and helpful person, excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to to detail - Proactive and dedicated individual -Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) - Excellent organisation skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working - Ability to receive and implement feedback
